HFC Teacher Training is an accredited Lead Partner of Liverpool Hope University. Offeing an ambitious, evidence informed and experience rich programme to fully develop reflective and inspiring teachers, who will in turn encourage and energise our students to thrive, working to improve the outcomes and life chances of the young people in our schools.
Our ITT programme is rooted in local, credible schools. You will be immersed in the full classroom experience from the very start, doing this with the support of a dedicated team of staff behind you. From your school based mentor, the school leadership team, your department and pastoral group team, all working together to ensure you flourish and succeed in the classroom . As part of your training you will have weekly professional development sessions where you and your peers will engage in the most recent and relevant educational research and have the opportunity to discuss and explore what it is that makes a truly great teacher.
